Lisa’s pre-indexing career was in the fashion industry in Milan and Tokyo.

Christine Hoskin
Christine Hoskin, owner of Schoolhouse Indexing, indexes a broad range of topics, including business and economics, education, social sciences, children’s nonfiction, history, and legal books. She worked in office management and conference planning prior to transitioning to indexing 20 years ago. Sharing the many benefits of the profession with others interested in the field is a way to express her appreciation for indexing. Christine has mentored several indexers, helping them launch their indexing careers, and she is excited to continue that as an instructor for the training course. Christine has been an ASI member since she started indexing in 2006.

Amron Lehte

With a background in librarianship, she brings an information professional’s precision, curiosity, and commitment to best practices to every project and client relationship. She has presented at American Society for Indexing national conferences and contributed articles to Key Words. Outside of indexing, she enjoys bookbinding and creating artist books and can often be found on the water—SUPing or surfing whenever she gets the chance.

Cheryl Lenser

After leaving Pearson, she ventured into full-time freelance indexing and editing, where she continues to run a successful business, focusing on computers and technology, business, political science, religious studies, travel, and various other topics. The current treasurer for ASI, Cheryl has presented conference sessions and written Key Words articles. Cheryl lives in central Indiana with her husband and numerous pets. When not indexing or editing, she enjoys visiting her college-age twin daughters, reading, gardening, and watching college basketball. GO HOOSIERS!
