Memex: http://www.cs.brown.edu/memex. The Memex and Beyond web site is an attempt to combine all hypertext research into one Web site.
WebCrawler Search Tickler: http://webcrawler.com/WebCrawler/SearchTicker.html. This site allows one to see what people are actually searching for using the WebCrawler search tools.
World Wide Web Consortium (W3C): https://www.w3.org/. The W3C is solely responsible for developing standards for the Web.
