The American Society for Indexing accepts requests for use of ASI membership and meeting registration lists for commercial programs and products that will advance members' professional knowledge. The membership of ASI currently numbers approximately 1000.
Note: ASI Chapters, Groups and SIGs need not use this form if the purpose of the request is to further ASI business. Read the policy.
ASI may, on a case-by-case basis, approve a no-cost mailing list exchange with other associations or non-profit organizations of professional interest to ASI members.
To request use of an ASI list for commercial purposes please print this page, read and execute the agreement, and fax or mail it to ASI Headquarters. Note that pricing is different for ASI members and non-members, as shown below. If you have any questions, email us.

*If the list is purchased more than twice in a calendar year, a 20% discount will be applied. An advance copy of the materials to be sent in the mailing must accompany each request.
The agreement for the use of this list is limited to one time use only and only for the approved materials submitted at the time of the request.
All rental requests must be submitted on this order form and must be accompanied by a sample of the mailing piece that will be sent or sample copy if no mailing piece is available. The American Society for Indexing reserves the right to refuse rental without cause. Payment must accompany all orders. List orders are a customized product that cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged.
This list has been "seeded" to detect unlawful use. Users agree to use the mailing list for mailing out the approved mailing piece only one time. User shall not assign, sublicense, sell, or otherwise transfer the information, in whole or in part, to any person without the express written consent of the American Society for Indexing. The user shall not duplicate or make unlawful use of the information contained in the list in any fashion; unauthorized usage includes but is not limited to copying the list, adding the information to another list or information database, modifying the list information, merging the list information with other information, or comparing the list information to other information. In addition, the list owners shall be entitled to all other rights and remedies permitted by law, including, but not limited to injunctive relief, compensatory and punitive damages, reimbursement of all costs and expenses incurred to enforce this agreement (including attorneys' fees), and criminal penalties. All interpretations are enforced in accordance with the laws of the state of Colorado and venue for any legal actions shall be the courts and customarily handled cases in Denver, Colorado.
