Hotel reservations

The conference hotel is the Westin Pasadena, located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of the historic old town, restaurants, museums, galleries, and shopping. ASI has reserved a block of sleeping rooms at a special rate, allowing ASI the use of the meeting and exhibit space at a great discount. Your support in staying at the Westin helps to keep ASI’s meeting and membership costs down. ASI's discounted rate of $129 single/double occupancy per night (plus applicable taxes) for the conference period offers an excellent value for this city.

To make reservations by phone, call 1-800-WESTIN1 (toll-free), and identify yourself as an ASI/American Society of Indexers meeting attendee.

The hotel reservations deadline for our room block is April 17, 2005; rooms will be on a space-available basis after that date. Please be sure to book your rooms early – the number of rooms is limited!

Rental cars

ASI has negotiated special low Hertz rates that are good from one week before to one week after the Annual Meeting so that you can take in the sights and explore the city at your own pace.
