About the Conference
You are invited to take part in Hot! Hot!! Hot!!!, the
American Society of Indexers (ASI) Annual Conference, which is
celebrating its 32d Anniversary May 10-13, 2000, at the
Sheraton Old Town in Albuquerque, NM. Attendees include freelance
and in-house indexers and editors, technical writers, faculty
from colleges and universities, software developers, corporations,
publishing houses, and others involved with the publishing industry.

2000 Exhibitor Information
Exhibitor space is limited, assigned on a first-come,
first served basis. To make certain your space is reserved, please
print and return the attached registration invoice as soon
as possible to Maureen Thompson at the above address.:
Exhibitor Fees:
$250 includes a 6â table with electrical and phone hookup, admission
to the General Sessions, and a copy of the list of attendees
at the conclusion of the conference.
Exhibit Hall Hours:
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day of the conference. (The exhibit
hall is locked during off hours.)
2000 Sponsor Information
Types of Sponsors and Suggested Costs:
Major Conference Sponsor
$5,000.00
Funds provided by the major sponsor will go to support the overall
costs of the conference. Shared sponsorship could be considered
Hospitality Suite Sponsor
$ 150.00 *
Funds will provide snacks and non-alcoholic beverages for one
evening in the hospitality suite. Appropriate signage will be
on display during the evening that is sponsored.
Refreshment Break Sponsors $ 500.00
Funds will be used to offset the costs of a general refreshment
break. Appropriate signage will be on display during the break
that is sponsored.
Conference Supporters $ 250.00
Funds will be used to offset equipment costs and other general
costs of operating the conference. All Conference Supporters will
be listed in the Conference Program.
* $150 covers chips and dips with soft drinks. More elaborate
snacks are available for additional fee. To arrange for
an expanded menu, contact Maureen Thompson as described below.

participating or providing support are encouraged to do so. Please
